Welcoming Nadia Day to the 'Artists Appreciation Initiative'
A warm welcome to Nadia Day as she joins our artists community, the ‘Artists Appreciation Initiative’

Nadia, paints the views of the outdoor scenes we all know and love so well; primarily set within the Royal Parks, but not exclusively. With her deft hand and the ability to capture the essence of a scene instantly, her paintings transport us to these famous landmarks in a flash, bringing with them all the memories that the space has offered us in previous visits. There is a carefree nature to Nadia’s artwork, that allows us to breath deeply as we take in one of her landscapes. That’s quite a gift to the viewer, don’t you think?

Nadia says of her work, ‘I use a brisk technique of flat brushstrokes and pallet knife work, ensuring my paintings reflect the energy and beauty of nature at its core.’

This technique is undoubtedly the secret behind Nadia’s fresh and uplifting representations of the scenes she chooses to paint.

Nadia’s work has been selected for national exhibitions, including the Affordable Art Fairs. Commissions are undertaken for both private and corporate clients alike, including Cliveden House, The Richmond Hill Hotel and the Spirit of Discovery Ship.
Nadia studied art at Kingston University and gained a BA in Drama and Theatre Arts from Birmingham University, however she describes herself as a self-taught artist. We are simply delighted to have her join our vibrant artists community.

the role of art in LUXURY interior Design

We set up the ‘Artists Appreciation Initiative’ earlier this year, because we recognise the immensely important role that art plays in creating interior design solutions that can’t easily be forgotten. Art is what brings an interior to life. It is what gives it character and soul, and so it simply has to be an integral part of what we do as luxury Interior Designers. Through the ‘Artists Appreciation Initiative’ we present artists whose work we know will be well received by our clients and will honour the hard work that goes into bringing our projects to fruition. Depending on their size, our projects can take months, and sometimes years to complete. The artworks are always the cherry on top, so we take it seriously and are always keen on getting it 100% right.
